TNPSC Group I Age Limit

On the other hand, the age limit for the post of Deputy Commercial Tax officer is 18 to 30 years. However, for candidates who have completed a Law degree, the upper age limit is 32 years for general candidates and 37 years for reserved categories.

TNPSC Group 2 Age Relaxation

• There is no upper age relaxation provided to the candidates belonging to ST, SC, OBC, Most Backward Classes/ Denotified Communities and Destitute Widows.
• Age relaxation up to 10 years above the upper age limit is given to candidates who have more than 40% disability.
• The maximum age limit for ex-servicemen is 48 years.
• The maximum age limit is 35 years for the candidates belonging to SC/ST, Most Backward Classes/ Denotified Communities, Backward Classes, and Destitute Widows.
